Lei Order Requirements

Advance Notice:
Please place all lei orders at least two weeks in advance. While we are happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, please note that materials and style options may be limited for short notice orders.

1. Seasonal Availability

• The flowers and foliage in our lei are seasonal; availability may change throughout the year.

• If any requested materials are unavailable, we will work with you to select a suitable alternative.

2. Natural and Eco-Friendly Materials

• All lei are crafted using natural, biodegradable materials (e.g., flowers, leaves, etc.).

• We do not use plastic, wire, or other non-biodegradable items.

• Once enjoyed, your lei may be returned to the ʻāina (land).

3. Deposit and Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

• After you place your order and confirm the date, you'll receive a quote via email or your preferred contact method.

• Any changes—cost or design—will be communicated prior to your final invoice.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• We do not ship off-island at this time, but hope to offer it in the future!

• Pickup and local delivery are available. (Please confirm delivery area; long distance deliveries may include a $25–$30 fee.)
